SHIPPING POLICY:
Buy a Clutch offers UPS ground and 1-2 day shipping for our customers.
All orders that are shipped UPS ground to the 48 Continental United States
are free. All merchandise MUST be inspected upon delivery to
assure satisfaction and we must be notified within 24 hours if there is a
problem.
Overnight and 2-Day Air Shipping - All orders shipped air may need
to extend delivery time by 24 hours on all residential deliveries. The shipping
carriers also reserve the right to hold oversize orders 1 extra day. This
is beyond our control and overnight and 2 day shipping charges cannot be refunded
for this reason.
Hawaii and Alaska are shipped US Express Mail or Fed-Ex. Normal delivery time is about 5 to
10 business days from the time you order. You will be charged separately after
the shipping fee is calculated. Please allow for additional charges for special
handling and packaging. We charge a $12.95 handling fee Plus shipping
on all of these orders.
RETURN POLICY:
To return parts you need to email: shipping@buyaclutch.com
your Name, Order Number, Email Address, the part you want to return and a
detailed reason. You will receive a return authorization number in 3-4
business days with instructions.
Within 21 days of receipt of your order, you may return:
- A Part in its original condition. The item cannot be disassembled
or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation
errors.
- All Electrical Items are EXCLUDED and cannot be returned.
- Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a twenty
percent (20%) restocking fee. Special-order products are not returnable.
- No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
- After we receive your return it may take 3-4 weeks for you to receive the
credit and to show up on your credit card statement.
We have a 21-DAY RETURN POLICY. All freight must be pre-paid
by the customer. No parts can be returned without a copy of the invoice.
